SSAA WA FIELD PISTOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October Hosted by JARRAHDALE SPORTING SHOOTERS

Saturday is a paper shoot day, starting with a Varmint, then a Static - both are line shoots where accuracy is the goal. Both are shot on paper targets.

Hunter matches are more dyamic with a mixture of targets. You stand in a shooting area, engage your targets, then move to your next set of targets.

Field Pistol is dedicated to welcoming and engaging new and experienced shooters. Come along, have a go and make a weekend out of it.

As per SSAA rules and the WAPOL regs, you can gain a compliance shoot a day - so two for the weekend if you shoot both days.

You may stay at the complex and camp if required - just email secretary@jarrahdaleshooters.org.au - no fee for camping (bring your own food and drinks etc).

When buying tickets, please make sure to select tickets for each day you are attending. Juniors under 18 still need tickets; however are free.

7am Registration
8.30am Briefing
9:00am – Varmint match – 36 rounds
12:00 – Lunch
1:00pm – Static match – 54 rounds

Sunday 4/10/26
7:00 Registration
8.30 Briefing – Match briefing and equipment check
9.00 Hunter Match - 5 x stages of mixed paper & steel for a total of approximately 130 rounds.

Try to filter in for lunch from around 12:00 so that your squad keeps shooting. Presentation held in clubroom after the match

Jacketed ammunition is only permitted on paper targets

Lead ammunition is MANDATORY for steel targets

Holsters are not permitted
