Step into an evening of refined indulgence at the Fife Lane + Gibbston Valley Winemakers Dinner. Gibbston Valley has been crafting premium wines since Central Otago's inaugural commercial vintage in 1987.

Gibbston Valley's dedication to excellence shines through in its unfined, unfiltered, and sustainably produced wines. Each bottle encapsulates the essence of tradition while celebrating the rugged beauty and diverse terroir of their surroundings.

Embark on a journey of flavour guided by Gibbston Valley's passionate winemaker, Christopher Keys, who infuses every drop with the unique character of our vineyards. From handpicked grapes to traditional techniques like foot maceration, the award-winning varietals reflect the distinct landscapes of their seven meticulously tended vineyards.

At the heart of Gibbston Valley's ethos lies a profound reverence for the vineyards. With two in Gibbston and five in Bendigo, they honour the intricacies of each site to craft wines that speak of their origins.

The story begins with the bold vision of wine pioneer Alan Brady, whose bold decision to plant the region's first vines in 1983 defied convention. Today, his legacy thrives in Gibbston Valley's certified organic Home Block Vineyard, where each vintage continues to captivate with its unparalleled quality.

One ticket provides entry for one person and includes canapes on arrival and a four-course dinner with wine matching. Menus are set and only adjustments for allergies will be made – there will be no menu changes or alterations on the night. All other beverages can be purchased separately on the night. 

Ticket refunds are available up to 7 days before the event and are transferrable with prior notice to us. After the 7-day deadline, refunds are to be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Seating is communal, if you would like to be seated with someone in particular please note this when purchasing tickets – we will try our best but this cannot be guaranteed.
