In Budget 2025 this Government gutted pay equity, shut down hard-won claims, and told thousands of women their work is worth less. The rollback was announced and enacted within three days, all under Parliamentary urgency. It was cynical, callous, and completely avoidable.

Join Max Harris, Labour's candidate for Tāmaki, for a public meeting on how we fight back.

Hear from pay equity pioneer Dame Marilyn Waring, former Equal Employment Opportunities Commissioner Saunoamaali’i Karanina Sumeo, and affected worker Lesley Pook about why pay equity is so important.

This election is about building a fairer country where working people are respected and properly paid. Join us at the Tāmaki Ex-Services Association Hall at 6pm on Tuesday 18th August to get informed and take action.

All welcome. Free to attend. Please RSVP to help our team plan catering.
