Travel instructions

2-hour street parking is available on Semaphore Road for High Tide Sessions. Glanville train station is a 10–15-minute walk from High Tide. Street parking and on-site parking is available at other locations.

Entry instructions

At High Tide, enter through the front door and follow your nose to the back seating area where you will find a long table for headspace. Or you can go down the alleyway to the left of the building which leads you straight into the back seating area without going inside the cafe. For other locations, sign-up and you will receive meet-up instructions via a text message.

Accessibility

High Tide has a ramp for wheelchair access through the cafe, or you can go down the left-side of the building straight into the back area.
