Before the Christmas shopping, celebrations, family gatherings and endless to-do lists take over, how about giving yourself a little gift?

45 minutes just for YOU. 💜

The festive season can be a beautiful time of year, but it can also become a whirlwind of expectations, commitments and doing everything for everyone else.

So, before the silly season begins, we're inviting you to slow down, take a breath and fill your own cup first.

✨During this gentle experience, we'll enjoy:

🌿 Grounding & Gentle Breathing – Settle into the present moment, relax your body and quieten your mind.
💜 Guided Meditation – Release expectations, reconnect with yourself and create a little inner peace.
⭐️ Personal Reflection – Explore what truly matters to you this festive season and how you'd love to experience it.
🎄 Setting Your Intention – Choose one simple way to honour yourself and carry that feeling of calm into the weeks ahead.

💜 Pay What You Can

At Wellbeing Spot, we believe everyone deserves moments of peace, connection and care, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Whether you contribute $0 or $10, you're equally welcome.

If you're in a position to contribute a little extra, your generosity helps us continue making wellbeing experiences accessible to our community.

Limited places available – bookings essential.

You don't need any meditation experience. Just bring yourself, your water bottle and a willingness to enjoy a little time that's entirely yours.

Because you deserve to enjoy the festive season too, not just organise it for everyone else!

Come and fill your cup before the Christmas rush. 💜

Doors open at 2pm for a 2.15pm start.
