Fill Your Cup Series - Flower Pounding and Embroidery

Experience the joy and cathartic feeling of flower pounding with Pennie from Hummingpea. In this workshop you will learn the fun and magic art of transferring flowers onto fabric, and then embellishing them with embroidered stitches. You will take home your very own everlasting flower posy art work! No previous experience or skills required. 

All flowers and leaves are provided, but if you have anything special from home that you’d like to bring along, that’s most welcome - and the fresher the better! (dried flowers won’t work, and the colour is brighter in fresher flowers)

Please note, because we use little hammers, it can get a bit noisy in a room with lots of people hammering at once - I also use spoons to kind of scrape and press so it’s not constant hammering.
