More than 30 artisan and intimate experiences and events will shortly be announced for the 2025 Hahndorf Immersed Festival.

Previously known as Hahndorf. Handmade. Handcrafted. Handpicked from 2020-2023, this popular and successful festival has been renamed in 2024 to 'Hahndorf Immersed', rebranded and amplified to provide even more ways to engage meaningfully with one of South Australia’s living gems.

Having won the Best Regional Event in the 2021 South Australian Tourism Awards, Hahndorf Immersed champions local artisans who are abundant in and around the main street of the historic South Australian village. In 2024, we saw a 50% increase in ticket sales, so this year we strongly recommend booking in as soon as tickets are released!

Carolyn Cattrall, Chairperson of Hahndorf Business & Tourism Association said Hahndorf has a rich lineage of artisan culture.

“This festival celebrates our unique traders. From leather smiths, candle makers, artisan cheese and chocolate, journalling, floristry and a plethora of art related experiences – there really is something for everyone in our beautiful village,” she said.

Event seekers of all ages and tastes can expect brand new events to join last year’s favourites, all of which fall under one or more of the six event categories: food & drink, art & craft, family fun, fashion & beauty, history & story-telling, workshops & masterclasses or if you simply love a free event.
