Spot the Gaps. Build for Belonging.
Inclusion isn’t just about who you design for—it’s about how you design. In this interactive, hands-on session, we’ll help fintech and financial services SMEs uncover where exclusion may be unintentionally built into their products, services, and decision-making processes.
You’ll learn to identify common barriers that prevent people from accessing, using, or trusting financial services—and explore practical ways to address them. Through guided exercises and inclusive design frameworks, you’ll leave equipped to spot exclusion and take action across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Gain

Ground your thinking in the outcomes that matter—for your business (e.g. better performance, smarter decisions, greater reach) and for your users (e.g. autonomy, dignity, equity, trust).Explore your current services

Shift your lens from customer pain points to business practices. Identify where and how to embed inclusion—from diverse participation and bias disruption to inclusive language, flexible design, and feedback loops..
