Future Finance: Innovation Discovery Workshop

Join our engaging and interactive online workshop; designed to identify innovation opportunities within your organisation and lay a foundation for continued support.

You will be facilitated through exercises to understand how your organisation runs from an internal operations and customer facing perspective, and identify opportunities to address challenges or drive new innovation effectively.

We will look across different innovation options including (but not limited to) the use of technology, automation, process or customer experience improvements, new markets or your marketing strategy.

If you are a financial service or FinTech organisation based in the UK, looking to assess how to enhance efficiency and drive growth, this workshop is for you. It’s designed to help participants identify key customer and organisational challenges and innovation opportunities, informing next steps and enabling Future Finance to tailor support recommendations.

To gain the most from this session, we strongly recommend attendance by 2-3 individuals per organisation. This approach ensures a deeper understanding of your customer journey and internal capabilities, empowering your team to drive meaningful and innovative change.

This assessment will help our trainers and the Future Finance team better understand your needs and provide focused guidance moving forward.

By the end of the session, you will have actionable insights, identified key challenges and selected priority opportunities to explore innovation potential. This also enables Future Finance to personalise and tailor recommendations to support your innovation journey.
