We are talking Financial Structure and Capital Raising to learn how to become the risk takers we need to be to truly grow.

To tackle this huge and important topic I have brought in the big guns. We are going to pick their brains about financial structure, moving from sole trader to a company, healthy financial structure for capital raising for our business and our personal finances (which Jess learned the hard way when buying her first home, so trust me, it is important) creating partnerships, approaching investors, scaling, cashflow and everything in between.

 We know this is something we need to look at closely, even if we do not want to admit it right now. Whether you are looking to obtain investors, increase cash flow, invest in yourself, your business, staff, go global, launch new products and alike, we are going to deep dive into how so we can break the mould of women running businesses who never go big.

These two women have cemented themselves as leaders in this space and I am so excited to bring their knowledge and expertise to this event.

Meet Tanya Titman, the Head of Strategic Innovation at BDO in Australia. BDO has a strong focus on helping small businesses with their financial education and growth. Second to this, she is the founder and managing director of Consolid8 which is a nationally recognised accounting firm that provides financial concierge services for small to medium businesses. And, if that wasn’t enough, Tanya is the founder of Acceler8, a program designed to educate, inspire and empower women in business to take control of financial literacy and much more. She is a wealth of knowledge on financial structure and financial success for businesswomen.

Next, Pauline Fetaui will share her success across a number of different fields including IT, finance, insurance and government industries. She currently works as the General Manager at River City Labs which supports entrepreneurs and startups by providing resources to empower, support and connect them within the relevant partners including coaching and facilitating investor relationships. She is extremely passionate about working with people to build their dreams and deliver innovation in Tech for Australia. She also works on a number of other projects including CheeHoo- a personal assistant organiser app for you and your Tribe and the Splash of Colour Podcast.
