While money is a deeply personal thing, it also has important occupational implications. From our career decision-making to our ability to focus and engage at work, financial stress is deeply intertwined with our professional development. This is especially true of early-career professionals who are still finding their feet in the world of work.

ASIC research shows that 82% of Gen Z feel stressed about rising costs and that 68% consider finances a major cause of concern. Between the ever-increasing cost of living and the seemingly unattainable prospect of home ownership to the uncertain future of work, it's not hard to see why people aged 18 to 26 represent Australia's most financially stressed generation.

In this free webinar, we delve into financial wellbeing (feeling secure, confident and in control of your money) in the context of the workplace. We go beyond budgeting and saving strategies to explore how money stress actually shows up in the workplace — from peer comparison and feeling chronically 'behind' to making career moves from a place of fear, not confidence.

Bringing together a financial wellbeing expert and lived-experience speaker, this insightful discussion will equip you with the mindset, perspectives and tools to thrive in your finances and career.
