Let us take you on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery with our unique 'Find Freedom from Alcohol with Equine Healing Retreat' A spacious one day program to help you explore new ways to minimise or potentially eliminate alcohol from your life. Unleash the healing power of horses as your companions on the day as we dive into this sensitive topic. The horses, with their gentle and intuitive presence provide a safe space where you can explore your emotions and patterns. They can help you build both trust with them, and regain it within yourself. Being out in nature, our retreat offers a safe and tranquil space where you can reconnect with your inner self. You will engage in facilitated experiences including mindfulness, gentle movement, guided meditations and healing visualisations. Our holistic approach will also weave in aspects of Ayurveda which will assist in bringing balance relevant to each individuals unique constitution. Let the soothing surroundings inspire your healing process, and help you find strength in the support of like-minded individuals sharing a similar journey.
