FIND MY WHY - Discover the Purpose Behind Your Enterprise

What is the true purpose of your business, charity, social enterprise or organisation?

It’s more than your vision, values or a three-year plan. Your purpose is the authentic reason why you exist, the deeper motivation that drives you to create genuine value and make a difference in the world.

Join Mike Edmonds from In Better Company for an interactive workshop designed to help you uncover, articulate and put your purpose into action.

Throughout the workshop, Mike will:

Explore the principles of organisational purpose and help you uncover your own
Guide you through creating a powerful Purpose Manifesto
Explore how your purpose can influence your organisation’s culture, behaviour and direction
Share real-world case studies from commercial and social enterprises
Provide follow-up support as you take your purpose out into the world

This workshop is ideal for:

🔹 Business owners & start-up entrepreneurs wanting to clarify their purpose and understand how it can strengthen their organisation

🔹 Founders & leaders of charities, social enterprises & not-for-profits looking for greater traction in achieving their mission

🔹 Corporate & government leaders wanting to clearly articulate their purpose and unite their teams around a common goal
