Meditation is becoming increasingly popular as people recognize its positive impact on overall health. Join us at the Wellbeing Centre for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation tailored for our members. This experience invites you to explore meditation as a way to gently train your mind, helping you focus and guide your thoughts.

Through meditation, you can cultivate greater self-awareness, improve your sense of presence, and find ways to reduce stress and enhance concentration. Beyond relaxation, meditation can help foster positive emotions, improve sleep patterns, build self-discipline, and even increase pain tolerance. About the Presenter

Jenski has led meditation sessions in her work places for over ten years. As our Coordinating Chaplain here at St Andrew’s, she has a passion for wholistic care and helping people develop attentive spiritual practices to improve their wellbeing.
