A St Andrew's Wellbeing Centre program for Members.
Take a breath and join us for a gentle walk through the Adelaide Botanic Gardens with Kate Abraham.
We’ll meet at the Friends’ Gate entrance and enjoy a slow, mindful walk together—no rush, just time to relax, connect, and enjoy nature. Along the way, Kate will share simple wellbeing tips to help you feel grounded and refreshed. A healthy snack will be provided during the session.
Please let us know of any medical concerns beforehand. Participation is at your own discretion. Parking available on Plane Tree Drive. Dress in layers to stay comfortable outdoors
What to bring: A water bottle and any medication you might need
