Find Your Flow

Find your flow is a 5 week course delivering 3 hours a week. It's designed to bust you out of your complacency and reinvigorate your life.

This flow state is our natural state of being that occurs spontaneously and is that feeling of timelessness that comes over us when we are deeply focused or connected to someone or something we love. It can also be referred to as presence.

Positive psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi was the first person to coin the term "flow" in the late 1960s. Through his research he discovered this flow state, which is an “optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best.” It has been proven that flow contributes to overall human happiness and well being.

Over the 5 weeks you will be tapped into this state of flow and take steps towards uncovering and a developing a creative project of your own.

So, what's it all about?!

This course focuses on you, improving your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through a serious of mindset sessions, breathwork, yoga and climbing within a core support group. It will be running weekly, spanning 5 weeks in total. Each week we dive deeper into you and your life journey. We will be dismantling some of those inner blocks you have built for yourself, leaning into fear, identifying feelings and sensations in your body and finding the foundation of your creative nature.

This core group will hold each other accountable and support you to grow. You may also wish to join our weekly focus group for additional support, contact me if you would like to know more about this.

Each session will include:

Breathwork - based on the yogic pranayama breathwork. This is effective in creating clarity connecting you to your energy and state of awareness
Yoga - We will be exploring the yoga asanas to open your body and create inner stillness. This practice will unlock your body and release blocks, whilst cultivating self awareness in a variety of energy systems.
Climbing - Enjoying the boulder gym and challenging our mind and body will be a component of the course. The climbing provides a space for activating your creative problem solving brain, facing fears, learning to trust your instinct and working together.
Mind set discourse -Each week will be providing you with a comprehensive structure that takes you though a process of self reflection and inner journeying. This will bring insight and awareness about who you are, how and why you do what you do. In this you will also be connected to what ignites you developing practical tools for aligning with your natural flow state..

The course fee includes all sessions and climbing ( shoes are separate)

About Me - Asher Godson-King

I am a wellness practitioner and event coordinator.

Over the past 20 years I have refined my skills as a bodyworker, yoga teacher, communicator, wellness support person and coordinator. Having worked in luxury retreats, drug and alcohol rehabs, the youth and mental health sector, community and more recently in event coordination I have a solid foundation for understanding people from various backgrounds. What I now offer has been developed as a result of a two part journey. One being based in my work experience and study of business and natural therapies. The second part of my learning has been through life and its rich experiences. This has given me a grounded foundation for the work that I now offer in this program Find your flow. It brings together 20 years work experience and over 30 years life experience. I am excited to offer you this completely unique and powerful program and am looking forward to seeing you face to face.

Week 1. Know yourself - Thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Your world as you know it is because of you!

Week 2. Your blocks - What keeps getting in the way, the games we play with our self.

Week 3. Leaning into fear - What scares you and how do you deal with it?

Week 4. The reframe - You have awareness and choice what's your new narrative?

Week 5. The flow - your creative passion, reinvigorate your life and feel the connection to source energy.
