When was the last time you lost yourself in the flow of creating something? When was the last time you were able to make art, pursue a hobby or try something new? When was the last time you took some time for yourself to stretch, relax and unwind?

Come and join Dani from The Creative Club, and Stacey from Sol Yoga for an hour and a half of finding your flow state. This time will include:

Herbal tea and nibbles to begin
A soft space with fairy lights, cushions and warmth
A meditation inviting you to melt into the evening
A creative activity with prompts from the meditation (all materials and guidance provided)
Sharing and connection time
Finishing with some gentle stretches and a sound healing

No artistic ability is required and guidance will be offered as well as time to go at your own pace to fully immerse yourself in creativity.
