Knowing what makes you great is not only the foundation of creating a successful product or service, but it is also the key to scaling any business.
A burger is just a burger with meat, salad, and a bun, but add a sauce and it is suddenly the best burger in town. Any business is just logistics until you understand your magic sauce! Then it is a global success.
Easy huh? Wrong.
This month we explore identity, courage, authenticity, growth and how to find our voice in a busy world then use it to grow our business with three incredible ladies.
Firstly, meet Elena Gosse. CEO and owner of AIS Water, a successful, multi-million-dollar turnover, manufacturing, and water disinfection company with over 40 staff. Elena is recognised as a rule-breaker and change-maker in the male-dominated industry.
Through her authenticity, strength, and vulnerability, Elena has overcome significant challenges to emerge triumphant as a leader and successful businesswoman and advocate against domestic violence.
Next Jenny Wynter. She is an award-winning comedian who has performed at festivals and venues all over the world. Jenny is a passionate mental health advocate and the founder of Funny Mummies(TM) providing a vibrant online community, and a touring stand-up comedy gala for mums, by mums. She blew our socks off this year when I saw her on stage and I cannot wait to share her journey!
Lastly, a face many Belles will know, Emma Willmann. This OG Belle is an identity image alignment specialist, who works with female leaders, founders, and visionaries who want to embody more visibility, impact, and abundance. A former criminal prosecutor, Emma is a natural advocate, obsessed with helping women rise by activating fierce feminine presence, stepping into their unique calling, and being paid their worth.
PLUS there is an extra surprise this year. You didn't think we would have the first event back and not do something special?! Jenny will be showing her stuff with a bit of stand-up to start our year right.
