Finding and Making Workshop with Emma Hinton

West Auckland author and artist Emma Hinton is hosting this 'Finding and Making' workshop at the Arataki Visitor Centre. Participants will go on a short hikoi along the Arataki Nature Trail, finding nature's treasures while sharing kōrero about how to look after these taonga. Children will then work together to create a piece of art, which will be displayed at the Arataki Visitor Centre before being returned to the ngahere. No need to being anything as all materials are provided. Each child will need to be accompanied by an adult.
