'Finding Calm' is the perfect remedy for these emotionally challenging times.

A collaboration between Joelle from The Kula and Tahlia from Heal Well, we came together to mindfully create this beautiful offering for the community with the ultimate self-care and nourishment in mind. At a time where it's almost impossible to plan ahead or to book something overnight, we designed a day to give back to yourself and re-establish peace and harmony within.

The day will be filled with nourishing, calming practices and activities such as;
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Lymphatic bodywork
- Cacao ceremony
- Breathwork
- Qi gong
+ other special surprises we have in store on the day!

Finding Calm is a day to turn your awareness inwards, away from all the external chaos and mental chatter, and honour the process of slowing down physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, all whilst immersed in the most beautiful, abundant, serene nature setting.

You will be well-nourished with delicious local, organic, plant-based food, teas and treats, all included in your ticket purchase. All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please advise us if you have any allergies or specific requirements e.g. gluten-free, nut-free, vegan etc.

Time: 9:30am-5pm (9:30am arrival for a 10am start)

Refund Policy: In the event of lockdowns preventing the event from going ahead, we will offer a full refund to all ticket-holders.

Everybody is welcome! No yoga or meditation experience necessary.

What To Bring On The Day

- Notebook
- Pen
- Yoga Mat
- Meditation Cushion or Pillow
- Blanket
- Reusable Drink Bottle
- Keep Cup (this is optional, we will provide mugs on the day)
- A special piece to adorn the mandala/circle with (anything that you love or is special to you e.g. a flower, crystal, figurine, anything! you will get to take it back home with you)
- Last but not least, an open mind and an open heart :)

We come and sit together on the earth of our Aboriginal people, the traditional land, of the Birpai, the children from the earth.
