About Us
Wombat is a mental health startup from Northern NSW. After completing sold out events in Byron Bay and Melbourne we are bringing our first event to the Gold Coast.

Lina Grisales
Lina (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate mindfulness and holistic coach, yoga-meditation teacher and nature therapy facilitator, who has been helping individuals heal and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace, enabling them to lead more fulfilling, happier and authentic lives. She is currently based in Byron Bay, Australia.

Oliver Crossley
Oliver Crossley (he/him) is a Physiotherapist, Yoga Educator, and long-term Ashtanga Yoga and Zen Buddhist practitioner. He is interested in bring ancient yogic practices into the modern worlds of healthcare and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and the scientific insights of pain, neuro and contemplative science into Yoga and Wellness cultures. Doing this has led him to teach across a range of Yoga Teacher Training courses around Australia, and online to students worldwide.

Henry (he/him) is a doctor from Northern NSW, and he is currently pursuing his Masters in Applied Neuroscience at Kings College London. He founded Wombat with the goal of providing individuals with improved access to tools that can assist them in regulating their body and mind following a stressful or traumatic experience.
