Finding care in every moment - 2 day mindfulness workshop
Event description
Finding Care in Every Moment
Join us for an immersive two-day workshop that will take you on a journey of self-discovery and exploration of the Buddha's teachings on caring for each other and the world. This workshop is designed to
provide you with a deep understanding of how to cultivate and sustain relationships with those around you and the environment you live in.
Our exploration will be supported by the transformative practice of Insight Dialogue, which allows us to foster deep connections with others and the world around us. This mindfulness practice encourages us to listen deeply, speak from the heart, and cultivate ease, empathy and compassion.
Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through a series of experiential contemplations that will help you and your partners develop the skills you need to care for yourself, those around you, and the world at
large. Practicing together, sharing your experiences, and learning from each other.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Buddha's teachings, develop your mindfulness practice, and connect with others who share your passion for caring for the world we live in.
This is a non residential workshop. For enquiries please email Cate embracelifecycle@gmail.com
