Join two of the South Coast’s most experienced meditation and yoga teachers for a half day journey into the authentic heart of yoga.

The founders of Om Sweet Om Yoga and the Milton Meditation Centre come together to deliver a more complete exploration of the heart of yoga theory and practice than you would typically encounter.

This is an opportunity to go deeper than your standard practice and explore ancient teachings with a new clarity of understanding and enriched experience.

The specially designed program will allow you to feel — as we move through the practices — the increasingly expansive effects of combining:

pranayama (breath) techniques for energy clearing
hatha yoga for release
deep yoga nidra for profound relaxation
effective meditation techniques for accessing inner stillness, and
a discourse on the pathway and effects of yoga transformation for greater understanding.

Chantal and Peter will expertly guide you through the process, drawing on over six decades of combined practice and instructional experience.
