You’ll be invited to journal, share, and learn in community with others who are navigating similar questions:

How am I entering this season—ready, weary, or uncertain?
What are my core values and how do they guide my work?
What roles am I best suited to play right now, and what might need to shift?
How can I sustain myself and my communities for the long haul?

Whether you’re new to social change or a seasoned practitioner, my sincerest hope is that you’ll leave with:

About the Facilitator

Ruth Lin Nakai is a Chicago-based creative and spiritual director who works at the intersection of art, spirituality, and healing justice. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we pause to reflect, make meaning, and imagine together, we awaken possibilities for healing and liberation—within ourselves and in the world around us.
