Finding Stillness Within

We are back with an immersive afternoon of cacao, guided hypnotic meditation & sound bath to awaken your calm.

When was the last time you truly paused?
If you’ve been running on autopilot, feeling tense, overwhelmed, or simply craving a deep exhale, this is your invitation to step away from the noise and back into yourself.

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to forget what stillness feels like. Our minds race, our bodies tighten, and our nervous systems stay stuck in overdrive. But just 90 minutes in the right environment can shift everything, helping you feel grounded, clear, and deeply at ease.

This group experience weaves together the ancient ritual of cacao, the transformative depth of guided hypnotic meditation, and the restorative power of sound bath. You’ll be guided into a state where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the soul exhales.
