Finding Story: The Meaning of Things

In this generative writing workshop, we'll work through a series of prompts, using all of our senses to pull stories from personally significant objects. My teacher used to say, "We don't live on things, we live on the meaning of things." Bring something special, and we'll explore the meaning of things together. No writing experience needed. All levels welcome.

Workshop led by Holly Goodman. Holly has been a newspaper journalist and freelance writer for two decades. Her work has appeared in dozens of magazines, newspapers and webzines.
