A community wellbeing session for any community member wishing to learn more about emotional and physical responses to events.

The online community session will explore:

• Normal emotional and physical responses to traumatic events,

• Practical tips to manage distress and difficult emotions,

• Strategies to care for yourself and others.

It also includes opportunities to learn about support services from Legal Aid NSW and the Royal Commission Legal Services, along with a range of other community supports.

This event will be facilitated by Nicole Sadler, Clinical Psychological and CEO of Phoenix Australia – Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health.
