Finding Your Voice: Remembering Your Story
Event description
A nourishing day retreat — exploring movement, reflection, and song
Beneath the noise of daily life, your voice is waiting to be heard.
Your body remembers your stories, the ones written in breath, movement, and sound.
Through yoga, creative writing, and song, we’ll journey together into gentle discovery, reconnecting with the essence that has always been there.
This is a day to rest deeply, to listen inwardly, and to express freely.
No experience is needed, only curiosity, kindness, and the willingness to explore.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more in tune with your true voice, the one that carries your story, your wisdom, your joy.
