This session is all about helping women build confidence and communicate with clarity and purpose. Kathleen will guide participants through interactive exercises focused on personal growth, covering effective introductions, purposeful body language, and the power of voice—pace, pitch, pauses, and passion. She’ll also share tips for managing public speaking anxiety and turning nerves into powerful presence. Prepare to be empowered to show up, be seen, and be heard in every space you enter!
