    Event description

    Witness the creative minds of architect John Wardle and executive chef Hugh Allen (Vue de Monde) as they discuss the parallels between making fine food and the making of a venue in which to experience fine food. Held as part of Melbourne Design Week 2024, this event is a prelude to the opening of Hugh's new restaurant in a cherished Melbourne location. Restaurant critic and food writer Pat Nourse will provoke the conversation about their collaboration and design propositions.
