Finish Well: A year-end reset for women who lead
Description
By December, a lot of us are running on fumes. The year asked a lot of you: at work, at home, and in all the places in between. And most of us are planning to just push through to the break, then start next year carrying everything we didn't get to put down.
Finish Well is a different way to close the year. Over coffee in Manly, you'll take an honest look back at 2026 from two angles:
The strategy: with Laura Connarty-Duncan, a life, leadership and business coach for women, you'll look at what actually worked this year, what didn't, and gain clarity on what you're ready to stop doing in 2027.
The energy: with Kelly Nicholls, you'll look at what this year cost you: what drained you, where you've been holding yourself braced, and what you've been carrying that isn't yours. You'll try a short, simple practice in the room, so you leave feeling the difference rather than just thinking about it.
Who it's for
Business owners, startup founders, corporate leaders, career women and any woman who carries responsibility for a team, a business or a lot of moving parts. This is a supportive space to step out of "holding it all together" mode for an hour, alongside women who understand exactly what that takes.
