Chief Risk Officer for Fintech Start-up of the year Paytron, Stu has spent many years performing C-suite, Operational and Risk roles across banking and payments institutions across the globe, and for the last five years focusing on establishing robust foundations for early stage start-ups.
Ian Ratty, Chief of Fraud, Shaype
Ian is an Operations and Risk leader building out functions to service and protect customers.

Steven has worked for companies such as Merrill Lynch, Commonwealth Bank, Colonial First States, and Autodesk. In
his current role, he is passionate about helping organisation eradicate online identity fraud and establishing
remote trust in a secure and frictionless manner.
Ben Ford, Head of Growth, Frollo
Ben is a Fintech expert, seller & connector. He is currently accelerating Open Banking growth for banks & fintechs at Frollo. Previously, he established the Sydney office for Yodlee, as the Australian business grew from two to seven. Ben is an established speaker in the fintech industry having spoken at Intersekt Festival, Fintech Summit, Spark Innovation Festival and AusBiz TV. He is a fintech mentor and advisor for Startup Bootcamp, Antler, Rare Birds and Yodlee Incubator (Silicon Valley & London).

Panel 3: FinTech Australia's Cybersecurity Sub-Committee
FinTech Australia has recently formed a new cybersecurity sub-committee in response to imminent threats. Its aim is to support and guide our members through the ever evolving cyber landscape. Hear from Board member, Paul Kang, who will talk to the current issues in the market and how to avoid potential breaches.

Paul is the Co-Founder / Director of Entersoft, a global award-winning Cyber Security organisation Head Quartered out of Brisbane. With a team of elite Ethical Hackers, Paul helps organisations secure applications in the most cost-efficient and pragmatic way. Entersoft is a winner of multiple global Cyber Security awards. Paul is an experienced entrepreneur, having worked across numerous geographies such as Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Australia. As a Software Engineer Paul brings both technical and commercial business acumen with experience in numerous industries ranging from Cyber Security, Fintech, Blockchain.
Paul currently holds a Board position with FinTech Australia and is an Executive Committee Member of Australian Indian Business Council.
Sandeep Kumar, Founder & CEO, Astero
Sandeep is the Founder and CEO of Astero, winner of the Finnies Excellence in Support Services award for 2022. Astero is a cyber security company that helps technology companies understand and manage their cyber security risks, with clients including startups through to ASX listed businesses. Sandeep is an experienced cyber security practitioner in the fintech and financial services industries, with previous roles at Volt Bank, CommBank, Westpac and Deloitte. He founded Astero as he saw the cyber security challenges that fintechs face and he is passionate about providing fintechs with practical cyber security solutions that prioritise real risks, minimise red tape and can scale with growth.
