Melbourne Men's Event!

After a very long slumber Melbourne is coming back online and its time for us as men to reconnect as it is a space that is well needed and well overdue.

It has been some time since facilitating a men's event and I am deeply honoured to step back in and bring you Fire & Ice! A beautiful container where we as men get to remember and embody once more that oneness and connection in our hearts, minds and bodies that is so easily forgotten in the world of men, but one when tapped into is an endless well of magic. In a time where we are elevating into new levels and shifting paradigms on a mass collective level we need to come together and share that magic more and more. Fire and Ice...encapsulating the balance of our strong icy mental resilience paired with the deep fire we hold in our breath and hearts we will share in a beautiful and potent day of brotherhood and connection back to self powered by ice baths, fire meditation, breathwork and sound.

Nestled in stunning location in the Dandenong ranges surrounded by nature and amazing views. I am so excited and grateful to be in your presence and go inwards together in deep connections. Come along and not only expand yourself but forge friendships and bonds that will last a lifetime.
