Our Fire & Ice sessions are the perfect way to disconnect from the stress and busyness of life and connect with nature, other lovely conscious people but most importantly our true selves. We meet in beautiful hinterland of Mt Samson (used to be old peace grounds of old aboriginal tribes) the harmonious energy in tucked between two rainforests leads you to getting back into your roots and the natural way of living.

All Fire & Ice session start of with community and connection exercises that not only help you connect with yourself, others and great flow onto to the cacao ceremony. We find doing the cacao ceremony before the breathwork allows people come into hearts, connected with intention and eliminate any nerves that may be present so can have the best possible experience. The breathwork and ice baths are run by qualified experienced facilitators to make sure you have the best possible experience. Having the fire after the ice baths is not only great way to natural warm up after the cold but a process that has been used by many cultures for centuries to help us manifest more of what we want and help let go of anything that isn't serving us 💙

There will be snacks, food and drinks included. We understand that doing these processes may open some past challenges for people in doing so we offer integration, support and a invite into our community post event 🙏

🍫 Cacao 🍫

Sacred Cacao is a safe & effective way to assist you to open your heart and energy system, to heal and receive knowledge that you already have at a cellular level.

The medicine of the sacred cacao is sourced from Central and South America and prepared with ritual, specifically for each group we hold

We say the sacred cacao contains spirit, and as we guide you in your meditation & healing the cacao helps facilitate a very special vibration of connection to all that is.

"Ceremonial cacao was traditionally used by the Ancient Mayan Shamans in ceremony to travel between the worlds, to travel beyond the veil. To do this, the shamans infused their cacao with spirit, giving the ceremonial cacao a spiritual dimension not found in other cacao sources.

Ceremonial cacao leads you to the door to the heart, to the spiritual dimension, but it does not push you through like other plant medicines.

💨 Breathwork 💨

Breathwork is a modality that requires participants to hyperventilate whilst being supported closely by our facilitators. This event will be doing holotropic breathing focus on the use of conscious-connected breath to release emotion which may present as stress, tension and physical pain that is stored in the body.In order for the experience to be of value to all present it is vital that all people attending feel free to express themselves either vocally or through physical body movement.

We encourage you to come with an open mind and open heart and let your breath take you on a journey to help release and grow.

Ice baths are not only physically method for helping with muscle soreness, recovery and pain relief but is a great tool to really improve our health and mental state. It acts as an external stressor on the body which helps the body and mind more effectively adapt and deal with stress. Consciously getting into the ice baths allows us to get back into our bodies finding a deeper mind to body connection. They are a challenge but if you are up for the challenge really allows you to strength and calm your mind, have control over emotions and vastly improve your mood. The after effects of the cold allow blood to flow more freely improving circulation, immune system and burning calories for hours after.

It is known that fire is a powerful, purifying element that invites us to make physical and emotional offerings. We offer processes and exercises that helps release anything that no longer is serving you or manifesting something new into creation. The fire is an effective tool for shifting and facilitating change.

🔥 Jesse - A Breathwork & Ice Bath facilitator and Transformational coach.

Through a background of playing high level sports and working in sports recovery, he has gained a high level of knowledge and understanding on reaching the body and mind’s peak state. Through overcoming many adversities, he has developed a strong passion for helping people consciously break through obstacles holding them back from their true potential.

Through holistic and mindful modalities and in challenging the mind, Jesse helps you create more of the life you truly desire whilst enjoying it and having fun along the way.

He also works with army, construction, corporate and any work place dealing with stress impacting on their well-being and recovery.

Jesse’s mission is help people strengthen and grow through their challenges, in doing so to get out of their heads and back into their hearts 💙
