Event description

Breathwork Immersion: Exploring the Alchemy of Fire & Water

A deep journey through the transformative power of Anger & Grief

Join us for a powerful 2 day Breathwork immersion where we will explore the elemental forces of fire and water as metaphors for our experiences of anger and grief.

These deeply felt emotions are often misunderstood or suppressed, yet they hold profound transformative potential and teachings when met with awareness, permission, compassion, and curiousity.

Through two guided Transpersonal Breathwork journeys, deep listening circles, powerful embodiment practices, and supportive psycho-spiritual workshops we will create a safe and kind container to explore the edges of what feels right to notice, digest, release, repair, and integrate. Together, we will honour these emotional processes as essential parts of our human experience—inviting them to move through us in ways that foster clarity, connection, self awareness and renewal.

This deeply held immersion will also offer participants group-based integration support after the event, allowing for a grounded transition of this deep work back into daily life.

You will be held by two highly experienced Breathwork practitioners and Psychotherapists, as well as an additional support Breathwork practitioner, ensuring a deeply supportive and skilfully facilitated experience.

Why consider Transpersonal Breathwork (or Conscious Connected Breathwork)?

Transpersonal Breathwork is an opportunity to drop below the chatter of the mind and the pace of the modern world. It is a practice of strongly activating our inner life force (prana) and allowing it to bring up, feel and release that which is no-longer needed - creating space for new experiences, clarity and self awareness to emerge and integrate. By consciously engaging with your breath, you invite a process of transmutation from within, aligning your mind, body, and spirit with your truest self.

Group Breathwork is a useful practice for:

  • working with unhelpful, held or stuck emotional material;
  • unlocking your life force and sense of vitality;
  • discharging stress, tension, anxiety, depression or stuck energy;
  • accessing and digesting unprocessed distressing experiences from the past;
  • understanding and repatterning limiting behaviours or thought processes;
  • using group energy to go deeper into your own process;
  • addressing relational material and experiencing being supported in a group setting;
  • working with and releasing ancestral, family systems and transpersonal wounds;
  • exploring consciousness and life questions; and
  • improving general well-being and health.

Breathwork is NOT meditation but rather a dynamic, body and breath based form of healing, transformation and deep inner unfolding.
