When we work within and find stillness, automatically we care about others around us. When we feel interconnected, we feel fulfilled. From this place profound, and powerful action can arise. When our ‘being’ shifts, our actions follow suit. Those external models gain more power too.

We are delighted to explore how we can lead transformation inside out in our next Fire Circle series with Dr Sanjay Mahalingham. Dr Sanjay’s abiding interest lies in transformational leadership driven by personal mastery. His primary methodology draws upon traditional spiritual wisdom to solve contemporary problems and is a strong proponent of advaitic (non-dualistic) meditation and mindfulness.

Widely regarded as a powerful orator, gifted communicator and an admired teacher, he has carried his visionary outlook and presence to many organizations, executives and students, through workshops, retreats and personal coaching. He is certified Life Coach and Assistant Professor of Strategy and Operations Management at the Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. His life’s continuous delight is turning snags ‘inside out’ and facilitating an environment of outer productivity fueled by inner joy.

The Fire Circle is a project that emerged in late 2020 in response to a growing cry for a different way of living and doing business. Our experiences are designed as foundations for a way that is grounded in ancient wisdom, draws on the cultures and teachings of Indigenous traditions, and sees us working with deep humility, reverence and relationship with the Earth.
