Dancing Dhevas invite you to the warmth of our hearth to dance with the Fire element.

Fire is associated with strength, activity, blood, and life-force. It is also seen as highly purifying and protective, fire is seen as the most rarefied and spiritual of the physical elements. consuming impurities and driving back the darkness.

On the dance floor we will dance into a fervour, stoking the fire in our belly and heart. Passionate dancing or your passion for dancing, turn up to the present moment as it is all you have. Fan your flames and let your self feel alive to your combustion. The fire element is a powerful element to keep the balance of the body, mind and soul. Lets keep each others flame going and savour the beauty and magic of the fire dance.

The Dancing Dhevas community welcomes everyone with open arms, feel safe to explore and venture into the unknown territory of your self expression. Bring all of who you are, the good and the not so good, find your dance and dance it with passion into the earth.

We start and end in a circle, together as a whole forming a oneness, the integrity of this chain relys on the integrity of each link.

Dance into your integrity
Dance a freer physical form
Dance that edge that makes your heart flutter and sing
Dance the dance only you can dance.
Dance free of the need to be seen
For only then will you be seen

First Time at Dancing Dhevas?

Dancing Dhevas is a free-form conscious dance practice that invites you to move as only you can — with authenticity, curiosity, and freedom. It’s an opportunity to let go of judgement and discover a dance that is uniquely yours, one that can’t be copied or performed.

Conscious dance is an active meditation. As each person drops into their own movement, the room shifts — energy builds, barriers soften, and natural ecstasy emerges. There’s no right or wrong way to dance, only presence.

Come as you are, or bring a friend. We share the floor with like-minded souls, moving together and celebrating life in all its complexity, moment by moment.

What to know:

Bring a water bottle
We dance barefoot to ground and connect with the body
No talking on the dance floor — if you need to speak, please step outside the hall
This is a strictly alcohol-free, drug-free, and smoke-free event, management reserves the right to refuse entry
