Join celebrated chefs Nat Taylor (Milk HAUS), Colin Fassnidge, James White (Olsson's Salt) and the Milk HAUS team for a long lunch showcasing the very best of fire, flavour and local produce.

At the heart of the feast is a spectacular whole pig cooked on an asado cross, slow-roasted over open flame alongside dishes from land and ocean. Together, the chefs have created an exclusive collaborative menu celebrating traditional fire cooking, premium local ingredients and the simple joy of sharing a meal around the table.

Begin the afternoon with fire-kissed canapés and a welcome cocktail before settling in for a generous family-style feast overlooking the breathtaking Budawang Ranges. With live music from local legends Ocean Wizard setting the scene, you'll experience the sights, sounds and aromas of open-fire cooking as every dish is prepared with care and brought to the table to be shared.
