    Event description

Join us to embark on a transformative journey with Canadian breathmaster and wilderness guide, Steve Beattie, during his Australian tour.

Steve offers a pathway to break old patterns and put you directly in touch with your own inner power.

Through the art of deep breathwork and meditation, he will help you untangle from distractions and tap into the subtle rhythms of your body, unlocking your innate potential to reduce stress, enhance creativity, boost physical performance and rediscover your true Self.

You will discover how harnessing the breath and exposure to the cold can optimise body and mind, bringing to the surface deeply buried insights and wisdom.

There will be opportunities for introspection through writing and storytelling, before we let go of what no longer serves by burning the pages and allowing the energy to transform itself into manifest potential.

The overall experience is a harmonious blend of movement, breath, meditation, journaling, fire and ice.
