Join us for a delicious feast prepared by Andrew Wandless, head chef of Una Mas (Sydney). After almost 10 years in London working in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens, including the Michelin starred "Hibiscus" and "Texture", Andrew is back on Australian soil to showcase his mouth watering menu. Andrew has followed his passion for whole-animal butchery and over-the-fire cooking and we are very excited to see him in his element bringing together a feast of Ngeringa biodynamic produce.

Begin your evening by the fire in the field whilst enjoying canapes and a complimentary glass of Ngeringa wine, followed by a 4 course meal in the straw bale barrel shed. We will be showcasing our new release single vineyard Chardonnay and Syrah and small-batch Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Aglianico. $110pp for a 4 course meal + drink and canapes on arrival.
