An open-fire French feast overlooking the vines at Seville Estate.
As Bastille Day approaches, Seville Estate are celebrating the traditions of the French Alpine region by gathering around the fire with good friends, comforting food and fine wine.
Set against the wintery backdrop of our vineyards, you can expect an indulgent fireside affair with Chef Patron James Cornwall preparing dishes over open flames - this is BBQ à la Française.
We'll be serving up wood-fired croque monsieur with truffle and glazed ham, duck cassoulet with radicchio and sour cherries, mulled wine, and a vertical tasting of three of our Estate wines, plus we'll have more wines and dishes available on the day too. Multiple firepits will be set up, offering warmth and atmosphere while you soak up the vineyard views of our historic estate.
