Climbing for a Cause
Join us for an afternoon of community, generosity, and fun as we raise funds for the 2026 Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb.
This September, volunteer firefighters Lauren and Jen from Rosebud CFA will take on the challenge of climbing 28 floors of Melbourne's Crown Metropol in full firefighting gear, supporting three incredible charities: Lifeline, Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation, and the 000 Foundation.
To help us reach our fundraising goal, we're bringing the community together for a special event featuring:
Trivia with a Twist - including knowledge rounds, games & firefighter challenges
Raffles with fantastic prizes
Silent auction items from generous supporters
Lucky door prizes
A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for friends, family and community members
What makes this event special is that every dollar raised helps support vital mental health services, cancer research and care, and the wellbeing of first responders and their families.
Whether you're attending to support the cause, enjoy the atmosphere, try your luck in the raffles, or bid on some amazing auction items, your contribution will make a genuine difference.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the venue at their usual prices (subject to availability).

How to register before the event:
Buy your tickets - for all members of your team.
Use the 'Contact Host' button - or text Lauren on 0401620202
Send us:
- Name(s) on the ticket booking
- # of people on your team
- Team NameRegister before 5pm, Friday 04th September to be eligible for the prize.
Arrive on the day & collect your answer sheet on the door.
Note: All members of your team must have purchased tickets to be eligible for early registration & to go in the draw. So... if you're all buying your tickets separately, make sure you remind your mates to get theirs sorted, so you can register.
Registrations after the cut off will not be recorded and you'll need to register on arrival.

- Is there any discount tickets?
Yes! Firefighters receive a 25% discount.
1 ticker per transaction.

Tickets will be available at the door, for $25, unless sold out prior.
This event has a max capacity and if that is reached prior to the day, no door tickets will be available. - Can I get cash out at the venue?
Unfortunately not. Come cashed up and ready to win ;)
- Is this event child friendly?
Absolutely, come one, come all!
- Will the even be indoors or outdoors?
That'll be decided on the day. We're hoping for an outdoor event, weather permitting.
Come prepared to be outdoors, and maybe a wee bit chilly, unless the beautiful Mornington Peninsula sun decides to show up for the occassion.
