This very special set menu is by Banksia Head Chef Laura Koentjoro and Liam Monaghan, the Executive Chef at both Lola’s and Peggy’s in Fremantle. The talented pair reunite after a stint making food magic at Casa in Perth. Seafood is the hero of the night, plus farm-fresh seasonal ingredients and hearty winter fare. You’ll get a cocktail when you arrive. And there’ll be vinyl DJs playing. All. Night. Long.
