Get toasty with a multi-course winter feast, made for sharing. After taking out the WA Good Food Guide’s ‘Young Chef of The Year’ award for 2025, Head Chef Laura Koentjoro Harding teams up with Perth’s Liam Monaghan – formerly of both Casa, Perth & Madalena's, Freo where he honed his stellar seafood skills & now on the pans at Gibney, Cottesloe. This talented pair of friends reunite for a Cabin Fever exclusive, serving up a Fireside Winter Feast that champions fresh seafood, farm-fresh seasonal ingredients and hearty winter fare. You’ll get a winter cocktail when you arrive. And there’ll be vinyl DJs playing All. Night. Long.
