Ulladulla First Nations Artists Arts Law Workshop and Consultation

This workshop is specifically designed for First Nations Artists and cover the issues of: 

• Understanding how to navigate and negotiate contracts
• Where to get legal help and how to get the best out of your contract,
  
• What copyright and moral rights you have in your work, and
  
• Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) - protecting First Nations knowledge and culture in your contracts.

Consultation

The workshop will be followed by a yarn about the question 'What is the vision/hope for the future of First Nation art and culture on the South Coast' (Shellharbour, Kiama and Shoalhaven)
