    First Nations Creative Business Gathering

    Presented by Kaiela Arts in partnership with TOPSOIL, the First Nations Creative Business Gathering will provide a relaxed space for First Nations emerging and aspiring creative businesses, to come together, yarn, network, share info, connect with business support organisations, and learn about opportunities.

    The afternoon promises an inspiring program of short talks and presentations with delicious light lunch provided by Yurri Catering-The Connection, Shepparton’s only First Nations-owned catering business. The Gathering will also provide an opportunity for local First Nations creative businesses to promote and showcase what they do and what they provide.

    Featuring panellists: Emrhan Tjapanangka Sultan (Solid Lines), Tahnee Edwardes (Gammin’ Threads), Chris Warrior (Wiru Drone Solutions)
    Exploring the creative impulse and the entrepreneurial spirit, these three First Nations creatives will discuss their experiences of establishing successful businesses spanning fashion, retail, visual arts, design, cultural mapping and drones.

    Hear from a range of local First Nations businesses and business support and advice organisations Kinaway and Many Rivers.

    How to Become a Supplier and Do Business with Government - Short Workshop
    Presented by: Liz Allen (Liz Allen Consultancy)
    Learn more about how you can put your business, talents and services forward for work, and find out how to do business with government by becoming a supplier and developing quotes.
