Event description

Culturally Safe Training Opportunity for staff who support victim survivors of domestic and family violence

This training is designed for:

  • First Nations staff

  • Workers from non-English speaking backgrounds

  • Non-Indigenous staff

The program provides a culturally safe space that empowers First Nations participants to draw on their knowledge and lived experiences. Together, participants will develop a clear framework of what safety, support, and healing can look like in their communities.

By the end of the training, participants will have practical tools and culturally grounded strategies to better identify and support victim survivors of domestic and family violence.

Attending this session meets the prerequisites to attend RAMF training.
