Join National Disability Services (NDS) for an interactive workshop in Dubbo designed to help disability service providers strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment outcomes.
To celebrate the re-launch of NDS's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Guide and Toolkit, NDS is proud to present two intimate workshops across Dubbo and Broken Hill in partnership with Mandy Gasdon, Think Culture.
Mandy Gasdon is a nationally accredited mediator and workplace culture specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with leaders across government, business, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. She brings deep expertise in cultural governance, workforce development, and practical strategies for creating equitable workplaces.

Overview of the Employment Guide and Toolkit
Participant-led exploration of workforce challenges
Practical strategies and peer learning
Additionally, the NSW State Manager will present an update on the disability reform agenda including Thriving Kids
