Firstival: Introduction to Kombucha and natural soda ferments

Join us for a hands-on introduction to brewing your own probiotic-rich kombucha and other natural sodas! In this workshop, bought to you by Kym Ormond, you’ll learn the basics of fermenting kombucha at home, from caring for your SCOBY to flavouring and bottling. We’ll also explore other wild fermentation methods, including ginger bugs and naturally carbonated herbal sodas. Perfect for beginners, this session will give you the confidence to start crafting your own fizzy, gut-friendly drinks. 

Suitable for ages 15 and up.
