Event description

Join us on Good Friday for a delicious Fish Fry Buffet, where you will indulge in a variety of seafood dishes. All tickets sales will go to a local Catholic non-profit organization and will be matched by Pulte Family Charitable Foundation!

Fish Fry Buffet - Menu

Domestic cheese display, smoked salmon spread assorted bread & crackers

Sweet potato salad, braised kale, capers, caramelized onion, honey mustard vinaigrette

Garden salad, tomato, cucumber, julienne tricolor carrot, croutons, ranch & balsamic vinaigrette 

Manhattan Clam chowder

Seafood pasta Salad, gluten free penne, dill-sour cream dressing

Fava bean succotash, roasted corn, peppers, onions, cider vinegar, fresh herbs  

Pale ale battered crisp Cod, Remoulade sauce, fresh lemon

Crisp Salt and Vinegar “chips”
